MSC offers a year-round High Performance program (10–12 months) designed for Stage 4 and beyond athletes. Built on the Long-Term Athlete Development pathway, our comprehensive training includes trampoline, airbag, physical performance conditioning, mental coaching, media skills, and nutrition education.
Based at WinSport Calgary, our athletes also train and compete internationally, with seasonal camps in locations such as Japan and Australia. This globally minded program is designed to give athletes the skills, resilience, and competitive edge they need to succeed at the highest levels.

Quinn Thomas brings extensive expertise in both slopestyle and halfpipe coaching to the MSC High Performance program. With many years of experience working with Canada Snowboard, Quinn has helped athletes excel on national and international stages. In 2024, Quinn proudly represented Canada at the Youth Winter Olympic Games in Gangwon Korea, showcasing a commitment to athlete development and performance at the highest levels.

The MSC International High Performance Team is now heading to Perisher Ski Resort in Australia to kick off their summer on-snow training. Led by coach Ryman Hoffart, the team is set to sharpen their skills and gain valuable experience on the slopes. Good luck, team!

My name is Cooper Park and I am proudly part of MSC HP Team, privilege of representing Alberta at 2022 Canada Winter Games and on the Alberta Snowboard Provincial Team. I was born in Ottawa and moved to Calgary 6 years ago and have not looked back as I had so many exciting opportunities in Alberta.
When I am not snowboarding, I enjoy DH mountain biking w my friends, traveling to interesting places, teaching snowboarding at CADS and playing with my 2 dogs
Isla Graven is a 12 year old Canadian snowboarder who specializes in slopestyle and halfpipe. She was born in Calgary, Alberta and learned to snowboard at Canada Olympic Park. She started competing in local events at the age of 6 and has consistently won halfpipe contests in her age bracket. Isla missed most of the 2022 season due to a wrist injury, but is excited to get back on track for this season. She is known for her positive attitude and passion for snowboarding. Isla is inspired by her teammates and halfpipe snowboarders, such as Gaon Choi and Ayumu Hirano. She enjoys traveling, skateboarding, trampolining, and art in her spare time.
Daxon Bladon is a passionate snowboarder from Calgary, Alberta, whose love for the sport was kindled at the tender age of 5. Transplanted to Alberta from Ontario, now with the majestic slopes of the Canadian Rockies as his training ground, Daxon has honed his skills in both halfpipe and slopestyle disciplines. His dedication and natural flair have seen him rise through local and regional competitions with his eye on the global stage. Daxon’s dreams are as high as the mountains he rides on; he aspires to showcase his talents at the XGames, and freeride in the Natural Selection Tour, compete with the world’s best at the FIS Snowboard World Cup, and ultimately represent his country at the Winter Olympics.
My name is Kyle Germain and I am 16 years old. I am a grade 12 student at National Sport School. I moved to Calgary from Fort McMurray in 2020. I like riding pipe and park and days at Sunshine building jumps. In the summer I love being outside and you can find me at the skatepark on my scooter, fishing, or wakesurfing.
Hi, I’m Brixton MacLeod. I am a 15 year old snowboarder from Calgary Alberta. I have been snowboarding since I was 8 years old when my dad introduced me to the sport. I was hooked. I always looked forward to the winter because it meant going to the hill or building a snowboard park in our backyard. I’m really excited to be on the MSC team. My ultimate goal is to win Canada Olympic gold and inspire other kids to get into the sport.
Hi, my name is Zach Bezushko and I am 16 years old. I was born in Grande Prairie, AB and started snowboarding at age 6. I moved to Calgary 5 years ago and began competitive snowboarding and training at COP, which was where my passion for snowboarding, park and slopestyle began.. My goal is to continue to hit bigger, more complex tricks and compete at the National level this year with the MSC HP Team. I am proud to have been on the Alberta Provincial Snowboard team last year, and I’m looking forward to the new season.
Hi I’m Harrison Magus. I am a 15 year old snowboarder out of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. I started riding when I was 7 and I have been competing since I was 13. The last three years, I have been riding for Team Sask. This is my first year with MSC and I’m looking forward to the many opportunities this season brings. My lifetime goals are to compete in the Xgames, and film a backcountry movie with my friends.
My name is Elle Choi, I’m 13 years old and I’ve been snowboarding since I was 4. Ever since, I’ve been in love with snowboarding!
I compete in slope style and half pipe events.
My favourite pro snowboarders are Hailey Langland, Peter Line, Devun Walsh, and Annika Morgan, because they all have an unique style when they’re on the board, which is what I try to put in my riding.
I love doing front boards and my goal is to land a cab double 1080 in the future.
My goals are to compete in the X-Games, get a cover on a major snowboard magazine, and to get a video part.
Hi, I’m Charley Solomon! I’m 14 years old, and I love anything adventurous, especially downhill mountain biking and surfing—basically, anything that involves water. My name is Billy Bi, and I’ve been very passionate about snowboarding since I was 6 years old. I’m dedicated to improving my skills and consistency with the goal of competing in the World Cup.

I’m Crue Schmidt and I started snowboarding at the age of 5. I became a full time rider 3 years ago and haven’t looked back. My goals are to make the AB provincial team and to board for Team Canada one day. My season goal is to land a back dub 1080. This is my first year riding with MSC.
Hi, my name is Malachi Holloway, I am 16 years old, and I love all things adventure! I have been snowboarding since the age of 7 years old, and love Slopestyle. I recently moved from Fort McMurray to Calgary so that I could pursue my love of snowboarding full time. When I am not learning and growing my skills on the board, I love to downhill bike and wake surf. My goal is to continue to become a better rider and make Team Alberta.
Damian has been snowboarding since he was four. He’s always loved being on the mountain, riding with family and friends as often as possible. He started competing with MSC last year. Now on the High Performance team, he’s looking forward to more time riding with friends, competing in more events, and landing bigger tricks. When he’s not on the mountain, Damian enjoys mountain biking and hanging out at the lake. His big goal is to land a frontside 1080.
Hi I’m Tyson, this season I will be 10-years-old. I’ve been shredding since I was 4 and have loved every second of it. Whether I’m practicing my back flips and spins, exploring new trails, or riing pow I’m always looking for the next adventure on the mountain. I love riding the resorts in Banff but I am really hoping I can get to Whistler this season for the parks and I’ve heard the views are incredible. When I’m not on my snowboard, you can find me watching snowboarding videos or by a lake, fishing in the summer. Snowboarding isn’t just a hobby for me—it’s a passion, and I’m excited to see where it takes me!
Liam’s snowboarding journey began at five years old at Nakiska, where his passion for snowboarding quickly surfaced. He quickly gravitated towards gladed runs, looking for patches of powder and side hits to pop off. By age nine, he joined a Grom program, it was here that Liam fell in love with the culture and community of snowboarding. He not only was dedicated to learning and memorizing the names of many different tricks, but also continuously forming friendships with coaches and athletes of all ages. At 11, his dedication paid off when he was invited to join the High-Performance team. Since then, he has competed in numerous provincial competitions, impressively qualifying for the Men’s finals in Halfpipe. Liam thrives on powder days, riding with friends, and is always pushing for the next big trick he has his eye on.
Luke started snowboarding at age four and competed with MSC last season before stepping into the High Performance program this year. He loves to compete and push himself to get better results. When he’s not in the park he’s looking for powder and having fun trying new things with his friends. During the summer he’ll be mountain biking, fly fishing, or hanging out with his dog. This season he’s aiming to spin 900s both ways
Ryman Hoffart blends extensive freestyle coaching expertise with a background as a national Slopestyle and Halfpipe contender. With over eight years dedicated to developing athletes from novices to Olympic-level competitors, Ryman also oversees airbag and trampoline training programs for MSC. His role as Head Coach of the MSC HP Team is marked by a supportive and skilled approach.
